No rider may use any e-bike or dog sidecar without first signing our Comprehensive Rider Waiver & Release of Liability. This waiver is the primary and governing legal documents for all rentals and supersedes any information on this website or provided verbally. The waiver fully outlines the risks associated with e-bike riding and dog sidecar operation, and your rental will not be released under any circumstances until the waiver is completed and signed.

Signing the waiver constitutes your informed acceptance of all inherent risks and your agreement to hold Vine & Vista Tours LLC harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law.
