Vine & Vista Tours LLC is a locally owned e-bike rental and touring company based in Kenwood, California, serving the scenic Sonoma Valley, Kenwood, Glen Ellen, Sonoma and greater Santa Rosa. Founded by Francesca Venezia and Jeremy Noland, the company helps guests “see more, stress less, and savor the view” through a green, effortless way to explore wine country. With a fleet of premium e-bikes—including vintage-style models and dog-friendly “paw-senger” sidecars—Vine & Vista invites riders to experience the region’s agricultural charm, bucolic vineyard views, and winding country roads while connecting with local farms, restaurants, and small businesses. Rooted in sustainability and community spirit, the company celebrates the beauty, culture, and character of Sonoma Valley’s countryside.
Vine & Vista was founded by Francesca Venezia and Jeremy Noland, combining backgrounds in business development, branding, vineyard ownership, and operational leadership to create a more refined way to explore Sonoma Valley.
With firsthand experience in wine production and deep ties to the local community, Francesca brings a strong understanding of Sonoma Valley’s culture, craftsmanship, and lifestyle. Jeremy contributes more than 25 years of experience in operations consulting and business growth, ensuring each Vine & Vista experience—from e-bike fleet logistics to local partnerships—runs seamlessly.

Meet Enza, our beloved Silver Labrador and the heart of Vine & Vista Tours. As our Chief Adventure Officer, Enza brings energy, warmth, and a sense of fun to everything we do. She’s an avid explorer who loves riding in the Paw-senger Sidecar, hiking local trails, playing fetch, a road warrior who loves swimming, bike rides, car rides, and meeting new friends.—especially humans.
Enza embodies the spirit of Vine & Vista Tours LLC: adventurous, friendly, and always ready for a new experience. Around Kenwood and Glen Ellen, she’s become a familiar face, wagging her tail and giving kisses to welcome guests and reminding everyone that life is better when you take the scenic route (and bring your best friend along).
