Rentals & Safety Policies

Riders must be 21+ with a valid ID & credit card.
All riders must sign waiver at booking.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for the security deposit.
Payment due at booking.
A $1,000 security deposit is required to rent. Funds are automatically released once the bike(s) are returned in good condition.
Riders have a 15-minute grace period to return bikes on time. After this window, an additional 1/2 day booking fee will be charged. Unreturned bikes may be treated as theft and reported to law enforcement.
Helmets required for all riders.Rentals include a helmet, lock, and safety lights.
E-Bikes suitable for people 5’2” to 6’9”, weight affects duration of battery. (Groove E-Bike available for shorter or smaller riders.)
To cancel, please email Vine & Vista Tours during regular business hours.
Cancellation for booking with 72+ hour notice allow for a full refund.
Cancellation within the last 72 hours of booking will result in a credit for said booking.
Vine & Vista Tours may reschedule or refund booking in event of unsafe weather conditions.
Riders are responsible for bikes & equipment during rental period.
Closed-toed shoes required.
Loose or baggy pants may become caught in the chain or sprocket. Riders are required to wear fitted pants or securely roll or tie any loose pant legs prior to riding.
All guests must review and sign our digital waiver prior to their ride. This waiver outlines risks, guest responsibilities, and safety requirements.

All dogs must wear a properly fitted harness with both front and back loops; collars alone are not permitted.
Small dogs may ride in a secure soft-sided carrier attached to the bike basket.
Medium and large dogs must ride in a custom-built sidecar.
Staff reserve the right to refuse service if a dog appears unsafe, overly anxious, or aggressive.
